Tom was very transparent with everything and explained everything. the night before our close we had a shortage coming from the sale from our previous house which we would end up bringing money to our close. we called Thomas late that night he worked the numbers for us so we dont have to pay the short and have money to pay our movers. Long story short 5 hours before our close him and his team was able to adjust our loan and prepare all the documents just in time. They made our closing day better even after the stress and frustration from the close of our previous house. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
